Q: How much is postage and how long will it take for my order to be delivered?

If your order total is $75 or more, we offer FREE express post. If your order total is under $75, we offer EXPRESS post at a flat rate of $9.95.

You can expect to receive your order via express post within 1-2 business days. However, if you live in a rural area, please allow 3-4 business days. If you have not received your order after this time, please contact us for assistance.

Q: Can I take F4U meal replacements while pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult a medical or dietetic professional for advice specific to your health situation.

Q: Can my child take F4U formulated meal replacements?

If you have concerns your child is overweight or obese, please consult a medical or dietetic professional for advice specific to their health situation.

Q: Are your products and facility Gluten Free?

Yes. Our entire range of products and manufacturing facility is strictly gluten free. F4U products contain no detectable gluten (including oat or oat products) and therefore such ingredients are not kept on site making F4U products suitable for coeliacs or people with gluten intolerance.

Q: I suffer from food Allergies; can I still take your products?

F4U formulated meal replacements contain the Australian made ingredient ‘Whey Protein Concentrate’ which contains Milk. If you are allergic to Milk, our current range of products are not suitable to include in your diet.

Q: I’m lactose intolerant; can I still take your products?

F4U formulated meal replacement contain the Australian made ingredient ‘Whey Protein Concentrate’ which contains Milk. If you are sensitive or intolerant to lactose, our current range of products are not suitable to include in your diet.

Q: Can I replace every main meal with an F4U formulated meal replacement?

No. F4U formulated meal replacements are not suitable as a total diet replacement. We recommend replacing 1 main meal daily (breakfast, lunch or dinner) for the most effective results for ongoing product use. You may replace up to 2 main meals daily, however we encourage you to enjoy a variety of fresh & healthy foods in your diet including plenty of water. Consuming a predominantly liquid diet is not a realistic or long-term solution to weight loss or weight management.

Q: What's your Refund & Exchange policy?

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be defective or damaged for reasons due to our error. If applicable, photographic evidence may be required. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To request a return or exchange, please contact us with more information.
